Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order on our website. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase of products from our online store. We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

2. Products & Quantities

All aggregate products are sold and measured by the cubic yard (yd³) unless otherwise stated. Product descriptions and images on this website are for reference purposes only. Natural aggregate materials may vary slightly in colour, texture, and composition.

Quantities entered at checkout are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend consulting with our team prior to placing large orders if you are unsure of the amount required for your project.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on this website are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is collected in full at the time of order. We accept all major credit and debit cards processed securely through our payment provider.

The total cost at checkout includes the cost of materials and any applicable delivery charges calculated for your delivery address. No additional surcharges or fees will be applied after the order is placed.

4. Delivery

4.1  Delivery Area & Radius

We deliver within a 60-mile radius of our facility, measured by driving distance. If your delivery address falls outside this radius, a delivery rate will not be available at checkout. Please contact us directly to discuss freight options for locations beyond our standard delivery area.

4.2  Delivery Rates

Delivery is charged as a flat rate per load based on the driving distance from our facility to your delivery address. The applicable rate is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping zip code.

Two truck types are used depending on the total yardage ordered:

  • 1-Ton Dump Truck — used for orders up to 7 total yards (maximum 2 loads of 3.5 yds each)
  • Tri-Axle Dump Truck — used for orders of 8 yards and over (maximum 16 yds per load)

Orders exceeding the per-load capacity of the assigned truck type will be split across multiple trips. Each trip is charged at the applicable flat rate for your distance zone. Your total delivery cost at checkout reflects the full number of trips required.

4.3  Multiple Product Orders

Different products cannot be combined on the same delivery truck. If your order contains more than one type of aggregate, each product will be delivered separately and an individual delivery fee will apply per product load. Delivery costs for each product are calculated and displayed at checkout.

4.4  Site Access & Delivery Requirements

To ensure a safe and successful delivery, the following conditions must be met at the time of delivery. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these requirements:

  • The delivery vehicle will not leave the driveway or roadway under any circumstances. No off-road access, dumping across lawns, or travel on unpaved or restricted surfaces will be undertaken.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring adequate and unobstructed vehicle access to the property prior to the scheduled delivery.
  • The drop zone must be clearly marked on the property before the driver arrives. The driver will deposit the material at the marked location without further instruction from the customer.
  • A signature is not required at the time of delivery. As payment is collected in full at the time of order, the driver will proceed with delivery provided the drop zone is visibly marked.
  • If site access is inadequate or the drop zone is not clearly identifiable upon arrival, the delivery may be aborted. In such cases, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Tip: Mark your drop zone clearly before your delivery window with a visible marker, flag, or cone so the driver can locate it without delay.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend your order. Once a delivery has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted and no refund will be issued for the delivery portion of the order.

Refunds for materials will be considered on a case-by-case basis. As aggregate materials are a bulk commodity, we are unable to accept returns of product once it has been delivered and deposited on site.

6. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased through this website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

We are not responsible for damage to driveways, surfaces, or property resulting from delivery operations where site access conditions were not disclosed at the time of ordering. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the property is suitable for a commercial dump truck prior to placing an order.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your order. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maine. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Maine.
